7 Advantages of Our Utility Trailers

1

Safety Lube Axles

Safety lube axles come standard on every Integrity trailer, from the smallest utility model to the largest. We insist on safety axle systems because they provide extra protection, lower maintenance, and longer load bearing life than standard axles.

2

5-Step Painting Process

All Integrity trailers undergo a rigorous process to ensure an attractive, durable finish. The steps include hand-grinding welds for a smooth look, a hot wash bath to remove impurities, sanding of all surfaces, applying a self-etching primer, and finally applying several coats of catalyzed acrylic urethane paint.

3

Built-in Tie-Downs

Properly securing your load is imperative for safety. That's why convenient built-in tie-downs come standard on all Integrity trailers, even on our smallest models.

5

Complete Welds

Integrity frames are constructed from heavy-duty tubular or angle steel with ladder frame construction for added strength. While competitors may use lighter steel and only partially weld each seam, we fully weld every seam and hand-grind them for a smoother, higher quality finish.

6

Galvanized/Rust Resistant Frames

The steel we use is redcoat pre-primed at the mill to prevent rust and provide long-lasting durability. We also offer an option where frames are hot-dipped in a galvanizing process that provides an even better protection against rust.

7

High-Quality Jacks

We don't skimp on any part of our trailers, and that includes the jacks. In contrast to cheap jacks that wear out quickly, our jacks are matched to each specific trailer and designed to last just as long.

4

Treated Oak Construction

Our light- and medium-duty utility trailers incorporate standard size pressure-treated lumber, which can be easily replaced if needed. Our heavy-duty equipment haulers use oak decking and additional structural supports, enabling them to handle extra weight.
